There’s no absolute "best" for the entire set of islands. It depends on what you yourself want to do.
For example, the big wave surfing is on the North Shore of Oahu in winter. But if you don’t do that or want to watch it, and you’d rather go snorkeling there instead… don’t come in winter.
Summer… it’s so freakn hot!! I’M DYING HERE..
There’s never a bad time to visit Hawaii. However if you’re talking about weather, technically the coldest month is February. But even that is not very cold. The average low temperature in Honolulu in February is 65 degrees.
Rainy season , puts Seattle to shame.
Being 72 degrees year round… there is not "worst" time in regards to climate; however, if you are talking about the fewest tourists… the best time to go is in the spring or the fall when noboby is trying to get away from bad weather.
It really depends on you!
If you’re into surfing and want to see huge waves, come in the winter.
If you’re looking for tons of sun and little rain, come in the second half of summer.
Throughout the year, the weather is enjoyable and temperatures rarely go over 90 degrees. The average temperature is about 75F.
