    Hi!
Disney’s Pop Century Resort is a Disney Value Resort hotel featuring giant icons that salute many of the 20th-century popular culture crazes—including toys, gadgets, music, movies, fads and catch phrases.
Guest rooms are located in 10 brightly colored and whimsically decorated 4-story buildings—trimmed with huge letters representing iconic sayings from the decade they represent. Different sections of the hotel represent the 1950s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s and ’90s.
The Resort’s central building is named Classic Hall, and the facility includes the Main Lobby check-in desk, the Fast Forward Arcade and the Everything Pop shop and food court.
Unwind and enjoy 3 swimming pools—the main flower-shaped Hippy Dippy Pool, the smaller bowling pin-shaped Bowling Pool and the monitor-shaped Computer Pool.
Disney’s Pop Century Resort has been designated by the Florida Green Lodging Program, recognizing the Resort’s environmentally responsible practices.
    Location and General Information
Disney’s Pop Century Resort is located near Epcot theme park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park, Disney’s BoardWalk Area and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. It is a smoke-free Resort; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking locations.

Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is a Disney Value Resort hotel featuring giant icons that celebrate the fun and excitement of sports—including baseball, basketball, football, surfing and tennis.
Guest rooms are divided into 5 pairs of 3-story buildings—each bright, whimsical pair is themed after one of the featured sports. The sections are named Home Run Hotel, Hoops Hotel, Touchdown!, Surfs Up! and Center Court.
The Resort’s central building, Stadium Hall, includes the Main Lobby check-in desk, the End Zone Food Court, the Sport Goofy’s Gifts and Sundries shop and the Game Point Arcade.
Guests can keep cool in our 2 swimming pools—the main beach-themed Surfboard Bay pool and the smaller Grand Slam Pool shaped like a baseball diamond. Goofy is on the pitcher’s mound in the center of the Grand Slam Pool, but instead of baseballs, he squirts a fountain of water at swimmers.

If I had to choose between these three I would choose the Music resort. They are all based at the same rate, but the Music is more of my kids cup of tea.
No matter which on you stay at, you will have a great time!

    Have a Magical trip!

Pop Century is the better resort, without question.

Quality wise, the resorts are very similar. However, Pop Century is the newest value resort (until Art of Animation opens) at only ten years old.

The thing that makes it the best is the fact that Pop Century has it’s OWN bus stop at the parks. The All-Star Resorts (Sports, Music, Movies) share a bus, so you’ve got three resorts worth of people waiting for buses at one stop, whereas Pop Century is one resort, one bus stop.

Plus, Pop’s just awesome by itself.

I have stayed at Pop Century AND All Star Movies, and I have to say that Pop Century is just better!
They’re BOTH value resorts, but I think you get a little more of what you’re paying for with Pop Century! It’s a much newer resort, so everything is much more cleaner! PLUS, i think the decorations and theming are really cute!
Also, all of the All Stars resorts share ONE bus! While Pop Century has its own bus to go to and from the parks (less waiting around in the buses!)
The staff is also very nice, but then again, every cast member at WDW is like this (well, most!)
in general however, Pop Century is definitely a win in my book! you shouldn’t miss it!
